The MEMO from Mega-Lite is a nice, easy-to-use houselight controller that records scenes from your DMX data (1 universe) and plays them back when you press the buttons and no DMX signal is present from your console.

Record 16 scenes using one DMX512 Universe with the MEMO DMX. It has the ability to record selected scenes using DMX input from a house lighting console. Once the MEMO DMX is programmed, you can use it even with the console off! The unit fits in a standard 2-gang electrical box and has a rugged anodized wall plate which gives it a clean, professional look.
The MEMO DMX Main and MEMO DMX Remote are simple to use and can be installed in any church, theater, or building that requires a design with multiple scenes. Simplify the lighting design in your room with the MEMO DMX.

We look at a lot of DMX houselight panels, and the MEMO is one we like to recommend for self-installers. It's a great solution to give control of the DMX houselights in a room to anyone who walks in during "non-event" times.
Is it the most beautiful thing you've ever seen? Not really!
But it works well, you can order custom printed labels, and if you only need to control up to (1) universe of DMX for your houselight control, this is a winner!

The main station typically sits after your console in the DMX chain and BEFORE all of your lights on that DMX universe. Additional remote stations connect via Cat5e cable to the main via a Daisy-Chain (not DMX).
